There is no change to your account number or to your account balance(s). Your existing Relationship Manager will continue to support your banking needs from the same office location. Furthermore, there is no change to the login process for your online banking channel(s). Our brand name has been changed to “SAB-الأول”, and, subject to obtaining applicable regulatory and shareholder approvals, the commercial name will be the Saudi Awwal Bank.

Your existing cheque-book(s) and Business Credit Card(s) do not need to be replaced and can continue to be used.

There will be no change pertaining to your account’s IBAN.

• The documents you have received can be executed and submitted to your Relationship Manager and will remain valid subject to:
• All documents duly signed by bank officials will continue to remain valid for countersigning by the customer.
• Only documents which require customer signatures should be signed before (LD1).

There will be no legal implication for those instruments issued prior to LD1 under the old bank name. They will not need to be re-issued under the new bank name.

Yes, customers will be able to clear consignments using documents stating the old bank name.

For now, nothing changes for our customers. Applications/agreements submitted before the brand change will be considered as usual. Minimizing disruption for our customers is a top priority.

There is no change to existing contracts or agreements. On renewal, the contract or agreement will be renewed with a new template.

Your existing card can be used with the old brand name until the renewal period starts. On renewal, the new card will be issued with the new bank name.
