Conditions before Accessing Airport Loungers

• SAB Premier MasterCard cardholders and Supplementary cardholders are eligible for an unlimited lounge visits through ForYou Program
• Customers must present their SAB Premier MasterCard to Lounge reception and inform lounge staff they are entering under the ForYou Program.
• Supplementary Cardholders must show their Premier MasterCard to be eligible for a free visit.
• SAB Premier Cardholders can invite guests to the Lounge for an additional fee of $32 per person
• Cardholders can obtain Lounge information, including the list of Lounges they are eligible to visit, and more detailed information about those Lounges, including location, opening times, facilities available and specific conditions applicable to each Lounge. This information can be obtained from any of the following sources:
  1. MasterCard World website http://www.mastercard.com/
  2. Download MasterCard forYou App from Apple Store or Google Play.
• Cardholder is responsible for checking that the details of their visit are correct at time of entry into the lounge and accurately reflected in the lounge receipt before signing.
• In case of complaint please raise your complaints 25 days from date of travel.
