SAB Cooperative Training Programme (COOP)

SAB Cooperative Training Programme (COOP) is an important part of the talent management initiatives in SABB, and an essential component of our recruitment strategy to provide an opportunity for Saudi students to integrate their academic learning, theoretical knowledge learned in the classrooms and laboratories with some real work experience in SABB.

This tailored programme will help the trainees to practice tasks during periods of specialized study in the work environment. Students are required to submit progress report during their COOP period about the experience and knowledge which they gained during their work at SABB.

Selection Criteria:

  1. Saudi Student.
  2. Have a strong academic background (Diploma or Bachelor degree), with GPA of minimum 2.5/4, or 3/5.
  3. Pass the on-line tests.
  4. Training must be 5 days a week.
  5. Reasonable level in written and spoken English.
  6. Pass the Interview.
