Markets Sales Desk

The Markets Sales Desk covers all daily customer Foreign Exchange activities (selling / buying), as well as pricing of Time Deposits and Loans (Conventional and Islamic). It also assists customers in managing their risk exposures to market volatility by structuring hedging solutions. This consists of a range of conventional and Sharia compliant products that encompass Foreign Exchange, Interest Rates and Commodities.

In addition to corporate customers, the desk covers all branch networks across the Kingdom and shares daily & weekly market updates with customers.

Trading Desk

The desk creates markets for our customers in most currency pairs as well as Spot, Forward and Options. The desk is also active in Interest Rate and Foreign Exchange Derivatives. SAB involvement with international and local markets provides customers with the best execution capabilities. The desk also offers bespoke hedging solutions for sophisticated customers.

Balance Sheet Management and Investment Desk

SAB balance sheet management team manages and maintains the bank’s liquidity and funding levels as well as the bank’s Interest Rate exposure. The desk is responsible for pricing all bank Loans and Deposits as well as managing a long term Investment portfolio.
