- This offer is exclusively valid for select customers who received the promotion SMS regarding mada cards international spend campaign from the bank.
- The Offer is valid from 24 April until 24 May 2025
- The minimum spending value is SR 500 to qualify for the offer.
- The maximum cashback amount is SR 100.
- Reversed / Refunded transactions, bill payments, SADAD, Cash Withdrawal in KSA and GCC, payment of financial charges, bank fees and Cash Advance are excluded from the offer.
- POS & Online transactions done internationally in any foreign currency are eligible for cashback.
- The customer must meet the minimum spend requirement on the card mentioned in the SMS to qualify for the offer.
- The customer is entitled to receive the cashback only once regardless of how many accounts/cards they hold.
- The customer will receive a communication from SAB asking if he’s interested in participating in the campaign, customer must reply with “SAB14” to the following numbers to be eligible for the cashback

- If the customer did not reply with the required response to the above numbers, his spends will not be considered even if the spend eligibility has been met.
- The bank shall not be liable for any technical issues by the customer’s telecommunication provider that result in the customer’s response not being delivered to the bank. In the event of any disputes, the bank’s decision shall be final and binding.
- The cashback will be credited to the customer’s active account within 4 weeks of the offer end date.
- In case of complaint, please contact us through the bank's digital channels within 30 days of the offer end date.
