Visit https://hayya.qatar2022.qa/web/hayya/apply-hayya , enter the requested information, check the box to accept the Terms & Conditions and click ‘Sign Up’ to create your Hayya account. You can also complete the application via the Hayya to Qatar 2022 mobile app

You will be sent a One Time Password (OTP) to the email address you just provided. You will need to type this OTP to verify your email address.

After validating your email address, you’ll reach the Hayya Card home page. Click ‘Apply for Hayya’ to start your application.

You will need to select the applicant category ‘Match Voucher Holder’ and then enter the voucher code that you received via SMS from the bank.

You will need to provide your passport information as well as uploading a copy of your passport photo page.

Passport uploading guideline:

1. The size of the photo should not be more than 2 MB.
2. Only JPEG or JPG images must be used.
3. If your last name is blank, ensure that you provide your father's name as last name.
4. The MRZ code should be clearly visible otherwise the application will be rejected.
5. Please make sure to upload the document in full color.
6. No glare, stain, or shadow over the scan.
7. Double pages of scanned copies are not allowed. Only single page should be uploaded.
8. Please note that your passport should be valid for a minimum of 6 months after arrival in Qatar –6 months after the FIFA World Cup Final is June 18, 2023.

Photo Uploading Guideline:

1. The head must be centered and straight, the eyes should not be closed and hair should not cover the eyes.
3. The photo should not be blurred, the background should be clear and plain, even & uniform. The photo should not be too dark, too light or have shadows.
4. Photo must be in ratio of 40 (height) x 30 (width) or 4:3 and minimum resolution of 720px. The file should not be more than 2 MB and only JPEG/JPG format.
5. Photo must both show a close up of your face and the top of the shoulders.
6. The photo must be in color with white/grey background.
7. Your expression must be neutral. Do not squint or smile or use any other expression. Your eyes must be open and your mouth closed.
8. Do not wear sunglasses or. If you are wearing glasses, your eyes must be clearly visible in the photo.
9. Do not wear a head covering or hair covering. If you wear a head cover for religious reasons, your face must be clearly visible.

After entering your personal information and validating that you have successfully uploaded your documents, in section 03 you will need to provide a phone number and emergency contact information.

You have an option to request a plastic Hayya Card. Please note that this is in addition to the digital Hayya Card, it does not replace it. All attendees will be required to use the digital Hayya Card via a smartphone. Please note that we can’t guarantee the delivery time for the card, we recommend applying for the plastic card at least 4 weeks before your departure date.

A summary of your entire application will appear. Please review in detail that all information is correct as you will not have the opportunity to edit after this stage and any incorrect information may delay your application or lead to your application being rejected.

Once you have confirmed your information is correct, click to agree and acknowledge to the first two checkboxes that are required, the third checkbox for email updates is optional. Type in the Text Verification number you see on screen and click ‘Submit’.

You have now successfully submitted your application and will be shown your application number. You will also receive an email confirmation to the email you used on step 1 that contains the application number which you should keep for reference.

1. On your homepage you will see your Hayya Card number, application number and the date that your application was submitted.
2. Once your Hayya Card is approved, and you receive a confirmation email, the application status will be updated.
3. Download the official Hayya to Qatar 2022 app to access your digital Hayya Card.
4. When travelling to Qatar, your Hayya Card will act as a travel visa and entry permit for all international fans.You should be prepared to show your Hayya Card at various stages of your journey, including, but not limited to, at airline check in, to customs and immigration officials as well as at FIFA World Cup stadiums.
