Terms and Conditions

  1. To benefit from the AQSAT program, customer must login to SAB Mobile or SAB Online, choose the card used, then choose Cards Services, then Install the transaction according to the months required.
  2. The installment period cannot be changed after agreement on it
  3. The available credit limit on the card account will be reduced by the total value of the due “installments” payments related to the concerned card account.
  4. The monthly installment specified for “Installments” will be added to the unpaid amounts and the minimum due amount, on the monthly account statement, the entirety of which the Cardholder must pay on or before the due date (until the remaining installment amounts are paid in full) in accordance with Clause 6 of the Cardholder Agreement
  5. Late payment or non-payment of installments will lead to the cancellation of the "AQSAT" program and convert the purchases of "AQSAT" into normal purchases, and they will be dealt with according to the terms and conditions of the customer's card agreement
  6. If the Cardholder fails to pay equal to or more than the Minimum Due Amount on or before the due date day for two consecutive billing periods, the Bank may, at its sole discretion, cancel any unpaid installments and add an amount equal to the principal “Instalments” amounts The remainder to the unpaid amount which will be payable in accordance with clause 7 of the Cardholder Agreement. The bank will also charge a cancellation fee of 115 Saudi riyals, or 5% of the purchase transaction that was financed through the installments program, whichever is higher, for each of the “installments” programs
  7. If the Cardholder wants to close the Card Account before the end of any “Installment” period due, the installments due will be added to the unpaid value which will be payable as required by clause 7 of the Cardholder Agreement. The bank will also charge a cancellation fee of SAR 115, or 5% of the purchase transaction that was financed through the installments program, whichever is higher, for each of the “installments” programs as an early settlement fee.
  8. Any credit balance arising from refunds or successful refunds of claims or amounts deposited in advance by the Cardholder will be used to pay part or all of the unpaid “installments” amounts, in the event that the credit balance is sufficient to cover the payment of all amounts due.
  9. Any complaint raised by the cardholder against a commercial establishment may not be the subject of any claim against the bank, and the bank will hold the cardholder's account for any refunds only upon receipt of a valid credit voucher issued by the concerned commercial establishment.
