SABB Named “Employer of the Year”

The Saudi British Bank (SABB) was named ‘Employer of the Year’ in the private sector at the Annual MENA HR Excellence Awards ceremony that was held last Thursday in Dubai.

The announcement of SABB’s recognition came as part of the Human Assets Expansion Summit event that took place in Dubai recently. The award comes as a result of SABB’s effort in supporting employees at all levels of the organization with a strong emphasis on leadership development, talent retention and innovative Saudization initiatives.

Commenting on the award, Mr Ahmed Alsudais, General Manager of Human Resources at SABB, said “we are delighted at SABB by the award we received at the event. Every business department at SABB continuously seeks innovative way to address their particular human resources challenges and opportunities using a pro-active approach and international best practices. The collective product of this cross-departmental focus is a working environment where all staff members feel energized and positively motivated.”
