Going digital to reduce unnecessary branch visits - Global Trade and Receivables Finance (GTRF)

All SAB branches are open and will provide all banking services. Where possible, customers should take advantage of our digital services to reduce unnecessary branch visits. Please remember the following services can all be completed via our online banking platform HSBCnet.

  • Guarantee issuance and amendments
  • Documentary credit issuance and amendments
  • Trade loans

All other GTRF requests and documentation can be submitted and collected in branch throughout the week between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm.
