Since the Card is based on Tawarruq principles, the Bank will carry out a Tawarruq transaction by selling you certain commodities owned by the Bank for the remaining balance of the total amount due and settling that balance from the proceeds of selling those commodities.

• If this is a new or a replacement Card, please call SAB Premier Hotline on 800 116 0099 and follow the instructions of the customer service representative to obtain a PIN code instantly and easily
• If the Card is a renewed Card, then you can continue using your current PIN code 
• The PIN code can be changed easily at any time through any SAB ATM or by calling the SAB Premier Hotline:

Sometimes you may need cash, whether you are at home or travelling outside the Kingdom. SAB Premier MasterCard® enables you to withdraw cash up to 30% of the Credit Card limit from ATMs both locally and internationally.

e-Statements provide flexibility, convenience and security by enabling you to view monthly SAB Credit Card statements online. You can view up to three of your latest statements by downloading them in PDF format or printing them from SAB Online.

To access your e-Statements, simply:

1. Log on to your account on SAB Online and then click on the “Statements/Advices” field located on the left-hand side of the page.

2. Click on “e-Statement” on the drop-down menu.

3. Click on the monthly statement you wish to view.

Yes, Your SAB Premier MasterCard Credit Card enables you to enter and use airport VIP lounges around the world, simply by presenting your card, and regardless of your ticket type or airline you’re traveling with. In addition to using the VIP facilities, like phone, and the meeting rooms at some airports; you can invite your guests to the VIP lounges for $27 per person (debited from SAB Premiere MasterCard Credit Card)

You can enjoy the full benefits of SAB Premier MasterCard® membership and have your family enjoy its unique features too. To do so, simply apply for Supplementary Cards* for your family members. You can also decide the credit limit of each Card.

*Minimum age for a Supplementary Credit Card is 15 years.

SAB Credit Card enables you to settle your SADAD utility bills* through SAB Phone, SAB Online and SAB ATM channels. Paying your utility bills through your SAB Premier Credit Card will have the following advantages:

• Benefit from interest-free credit period (maximum 55 days)
• Your bill payment transactions will appear on your monthly Credit Card statement along with other Card transactions.

*Payments related to the Ministry of Interior e.g. traffic fines, as well as SAB payments e.g., will continue to be excluded from this service and can be paid only using the debit account. Also, ICSAB+ points are not awarded for the utility bill payment transactions through this service.

SAB AQSAT is a credit card feature that offers the convenience of paying large value transactions in small, equal and affordable instalments.

You need to call SAB Phone and ask for CASH ON CALL, and within 3 working days the amount will be credited to your current account.

If your Card was captured by SAB off-site ATM/CDM, Please refer to the nearest SAB Branch and request a new Card.

If your Card was captured by SAB Branch ATM/CDM, Please refer to the Manager Branch Operations (MBO) to retrieve the retained Card. If the Card was expired, then the MBO will issue you a new Card.

Note: If you do not visit the Branch within 2 working days, the Bank will destroy the Card and you will have to request a new Card.
