- Sustainable mortgage applicable for Saudis & Non Saudi.
- Sustainable mortgage product is applicable for both ready units & Off-Plan.
- It is required to provide all documents for home finance along the Mostadam certificate issued by NCH.
- Applicant should not exceed 64 years old at application for Saudi & 60 for Non Saudi.
- Finance customers from age 21 until 77 at the end of finance period for Saudi.
- Annual Percentage Rate start from 6.57% for Ready Unit Product.
- Annual Percentage Rate start from 6.57% for Off-Plan Product.
- For Ready units, customer has to obtain Mostadam certificate to be eligible for the product.
- For Off-plan, customer is not required to obtain Mostadam certificate.
