- Service usage:
- The domestic airport transfer service is available locally in: Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam, and is valid until 30 June 2026.
- And internationally in: Dubai, valid until 30 June 2026.
- *For all other global airports the service is available until 31 December 2025.
- Usage Guidelines:
- Cardholders must download the ZAPS Premium app, register or log in, and complete the booking process.
- The customer must ensure that their application store (app store and google play) is set to Saudi Arabia, as the application is exclusively available in the Saudi store).
- Ride requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- The “ride” is defined as a one-way trip from the airport to the customer's location OR from the customer's location to the airport.
- New bookings or changes must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled ride.
- Booking cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the booking time.
- Any cancellation within 24 hours from the scheduled booking time will be considered as usage.
- The car type and available rides will defer depending on each card type.
- By booking a service, the customer agrees to the service provider’s policy, and terms & conditions.
- The cardholder will be charged SR 1 upon registration and before each service booking. The 1 SR transaction is not refundable.
- In case of service cancellation before 48 hours of the service, the customer shall receive the refund within 30 days on his registered card on ZAPS Premium.
- The cardholder agrees to the above once he completes the registration.
- Restrictions:
- Ride availability is subject to the number of passengers and luggage restrictions based on the selected car type.
- The number of rides varies between local and international airports. Please refer to the tables above for detailed information.
- Rides are calculated on a quarterly basis, and shall be determined by the Georgian Calendar.
- Available rides will be displayed on the ZAPS Premium App. If the quarterly limit has been reached, no additional visits will be available.
- The maximum distance between the airport and the select destination is 45KM
- The availability of the service is not guaranteed, as it is served on first come basis.
- Confirmation Process:
- Upon successful booking, you will receive an SMS confirmation. Once the SMS is received, you will be able to download the voucher from the ZAPS Premium mobile application which will include details of your booking as well as Driver name & Mobile number.
- The booking is not confirmed unless an SMS is received from ZAP with the booking number
- The bank is not liable for any incorrect information entered by the customer including but not limited to: flight number, date, or time if such errors result in the booking not being confirmed.
- Service Limitations:
- SAB is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances, including traffic conditions, weather, or service provider limitations.
- SAB will not be liable to compensate for any missed flights, delayed drivers or any misfortunate event that happens that leads to any types of loss.
- Misuse of Service:
- The Cardholder acknowledges that any form of misuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to the application of multiple primary or supplementary cards with the intent to exploit benefits, is strictly prohibited.
- The bank retains sole discretion to determine what constitutes misuse of offers, and reserves the right to take appropriate actions, which may include suspension or termination of some card benefits /offers to be benefited from the customer.
- Complaints and Disputes
- Any issues with the service should be reported to ZAPS Premium via the in-app support.
- SAB is not directly responsible for operational issues but will ensure customer concerns are addressed.

How to benefit from the Service
- Download the ZAPS Premium app from the application store (app store and google play)
- Register or log in to your account.
- Select the Airport Transfer option under services.
- Enter your travel details, including:
- City and car type ((restrictions may apply for passengers and luggage).
- Terminal number and flight details.
- Customer Location (pickup, drop-off)
- Mobile number and additional driver instructions.
- Review and confirm your booking.
You will receive a confirmation SMS after 2 hours from your request. Once received, you can download a voucher directly from the application containing your booking details including driver name and mobile number for convenience.
