Terms and Conditions

  1. This offer is exclusively valid for select customers who received the Cashback on Travel Expenses on SAB Credit Cards.
  2. The Offer is valid from 7 July until 31 August 2026
  3. The customer must meet the minimum spend required of SR 2,500 during the offer period to qualify for the cashback.
  4. If the customer is qualified, the customer is entitled to receive only SR 250 cashback.
  5. POS & Online transactions on Travel expenses including & limited to airline bookings, hotel stays and vehicle rental are eligible for cashback.
  6. The cashback will be awarded on transactions done for Airline bookings, hotel stays, and car rentals that carry the correct Merchant Category Code (MCC) as per Visa & MasterCard.
  7. The customer must meet the minimum spend requirement on a single credit card to qualify for the offer.
  8. If the customer holds more than one Credit Card and fulfills the minimum spend requirement on each card they will be entitled to receive the cashback only once on the card with the highest spends.
  9. If the minimum spend was met using a supplementary credit card, the cashback will be credited to the primary card’s account.
  10. The card should be active at the time of cashback crediting.
  11. Reversed / Refunded transactions, bill payments, SADAD, Cash Withdrawal, payment of financial charges, bank fees and Cash Advance are excluded from the offer.
  12. The customer will receive an SMS from SAB asking if he’s interested in participating in the campaign, customer must reply with the code “SAB5” to the following number: 500113 to be eligible for the cashback.
  13. If the customer did not send the required response to the above numbers using the mobile number registered with the bank, his spends will not be considered even if the spend eligibility has been met.
  14. The Bank shall not be responsible for any technical issues arising from the customer’s telecommunications service provider that may prevent the customer’s response from being successfully delivered to the Bank. Any disputes arising in this regard shall be resolved in accordance with the Bank’s final determination.
  15. The cashback will be credited to the customer’s Credit Card account within 6 weeks of the offer end date.

  18. The Cardholder acknowledges that any form of misuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to the application of multiple primary or supplementary cards with the intent to exploit benefits, is strictly prohibited.
  19. The bank retains sole discretion to determine what constitutes misuse of offers, and reserves the right to take appropriate actions, which may include suspension or termination of some card benefits /offers to be benefited from the customer.
