- This offer is exclusively valid for select customers who received the
Visa cashback communication on SAB Credit and mada Debit Cards. - The Offer is valid from 7 June until 31 August 2026
- The customer must meet the minimum spend requirement during the offer period as indicated on the communication SMS to qualify for the Cashback.
- If the customer is qualified, the customer is entitled to receive only the cashback mentioned in the SMS.
- POS & Online transactions done internationally in any foreign currency are eligible for cashback.
- The customer must meet the minimum spend requirement during the period mentioned in the SMS.
- The customer must meet the minimum spend requirement on the card mentioned in the SMS to qualify for the offer.
- If the customer holds more than one Card and fulfills the minimum spend requirement on each card they will be entitled to receive the cashback only on the card mentioned in the SMS
- The maximum cap on the cashback amount is SR 750
- The cashback will be credited on the card mentioned in the SMS only.
- The card should be active at the time of cashback crediting.
- Reversed / Refunded transactions, bill payments, SADAD, Cash Withdrawal, payment of financial charges, bank fees, Cash Advance and merchants under following MCC 4829, 6211, 6010, 6011, 6012, 6540 or debit card transactions done in GCC countries are excluded from the offer.
- The customer will receive an SMS from SAB asking if he’s interested in participating in the campaign, customer must reply with the code “SAB4” to the following number: 500113 to be eligible for the cashback.
- If the customer did not send the required response to the above numbers using the mobile number registered with the bank, his spends will not be considered even if the spend eligibility has been met.
- The Bank shall not be responsible for any technical issues arising from the customer’s telecommunications service provider that may prevent the customer’s response from being successfully delivered to the Bank. Any disputes arising in this regard shall be resolved in accordance with the Bank’s final determination.
- The cashback will be credited to the customer’s eligible card before 30 October 2026.

- The Cardholder acknowledges that any form of misuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to the application of multiple primary or supplementary cards with the intent to exploit benefits, is strictly prohibited.
- The bank retains sole discretion to determine what constitutes misuse of offers, and reserves the right to take appropriate actions, which may include suspension or termination of some card benefits /offers to be benefited from the customer.
