- The service is valid from 1 January 2026 until 30 June 2026.
- The service is valid on Primary & Supplementary cards.
- The service is valid for 3 hours only. In case the customer stays longer than 3 hours, any additional time will be charged to the customer, with price varying based on the service provider ZAPS Premium Policy.
- Customer should note that prices may differ between weekdays and weekends.
- The service is subjected to the availability of parking slots and valet provider’s working hours.
- Customers are required to download the Valet Operator’s application and fill their contact information to receive the service.
- The service is limited to the specific locations in ZAPS Premium Application, and SAB reserves the right to change this list from time to time.
- The cardholder will be charged SR 1 upon registration and before each service booking. The 1 SR transaction is not refundable.
- The cardholder agrees to the above once he completes the registration.
- The Cardholder acknowledges that any form of misuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to the application of multiple primary or supplementary cards with the intent to exploit benefits, is strictly prohibited.
- The bank retains sole discretion to determine what constitutes misuse of offers, and reserves the right to take appropriate actions, which may include suspension or termination of some card benefits /offers to be benefited from the customer.
- Any issues with the service should be reported to ZAPS Premium via the in-app support.
- SAB is not directly responsible for operational issues but will ensure customer concerns are addressed.
