Service Terms and Conditions

Maximum caps on the number of utilizations will depend on the card type as per the table below and will reset on a quarterly basis

The service is valid until 30 June 2026

The service is valid on Primary & Supplementary cards
The service is valid for 3 hours only. In case the customer stays longer than 3 hours, any additional time will be charged to the customer, with price varying by location
Customer should note that prices may differ between weekdays and weekends.
The service is subjected to the availability of parking slots and valet provider’s working hours
Customers are required to download the Valet Operator’s application and fill their contact information to receive the service
The service is limited to the specific locations shown above, and SAB reserves the right to change this list from time to time.
The cardholder will be charged SR 1 upon registration and before each service booking. The 1 SR transaction is not refundable.
The cardholder agrees to the above once he completes the registration
The Cardholder acknowledges that any form of misuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to the application of multiple primary or supplementary cards with the intent to exploit benefits, is strictly prohibited.
The bank retains sole discretion to determine what constitutes misuse of offers, and reserves the right to take appropriate actions, which may include suspension or termination of some card benefits /offers to be benefited from the customer.
Any issues with the service should be reported to ZAPS Premium via the in-app support.
SAB is not directly responsible for operational issues but will ensure customer concerns are addressed.

1. Download the ZAPS app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Register or sign in to the account

3. Select the city and location

4. Once the customer arrives, he/she must indicate to the valet operator that they would like to benefit from the service

5. Valet operator to enter the dedicated code

6. Request will be submitted successfully

Is there any information I need to provide to benefit from the service?

Yes, you have to provide the below information when registering on the ZAP application:

Name
Mobile number
First 9 digits and last 5 digits of your SAB Credit Card

Do I need to present my physical card?

No, the journey is fully digital done through ZAP mobile application

Is the service valid for both Primary & Supplementary Cardholders?

Yes, and the number of visits for the primary and supplementary cards will be calculated separately

Is the service available at all Valet locations?

The valet service is available at select locations as shown above, and SAB reserves the right to change this list from time to time.
