• A customer cannot obtain Non salary Home Finance if they have an existing personal loan without salary transfer less than 6 months remaining.
• A customer cannot obtain non salary personal loan if they have an existing non salary home finance less than 6 months remaining.
• Minimum service is two years
• Financing tenor can reach up to 25 years.
• Account statement for 6 months is required.
• Applicant should not exceed 64 at application.
• Financing eligibility is available for customers aged from 21 years until 77 at the end of finance period.
