Free of Charge Credit Protection

SAB provides free of charge Credit Protection in the unfortunate event of total and/or permanent disability or death by settling the entire outstanding balance of your Credit Card.

Purchase Protection Service
  1. The Purchase Protection service provides SAB Visa credit cardholders with complimentary purchase protection insurance when using the eligible card to pay for an eligible product.
  2. The service is valid from 1 July until 31 December 2026
  3. The service is applicable in-store and on online purchases
  4. This insurance covers theft, accidental damage, or non-delivery of eligible purchases, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.

Global Customer Assistance Services
  1. The service is valid when using SAB Visa Credit Cards.
  2. The service is valid from 1 July until 31 December 2026
  3. The services includes:
  4. Cardholder Inquiry Service (CIS) for general inquiry.
  5. Lost / Stolen Card (LSC) Reporting, card can be blocked within 30 minutes.
  6. Emergency Card Replacement (ECR) as early as the next day.
  7. 4.Emergency Cash Disbursement (ECD) up to USD 5,000 or what it qualifies in SR
  8. Exception File Update (EFU).
