This service includes:

• Meet and greet on departure or arrival
• Accompany and escort you all the way through the airport formalities
• Fast track through immigration and security
• Help customers with baggage reclaims on arrival
• All meet and greet bookings must be made minimum at least 48 hours in advance.

Limousine chauffeur services (standard limo)

• This service includes a door-to-door drop off and pick-up from and to the airport
• Cars used will be 5-seater premium cars (Lexus or equivalent)

• All chauffer bookings have to be requested 48 hours prior to arrival or departure.
• The number of passengers and baggage per car will be in line with the RTA requirements for Limousine services.
• For pickup from home/office (Departure services), the driver will wait for maximum 15 minutes, after which charges will be taken for an additional service
• However, if the wait time is longer or there is no proper area to park (as per RTA requirements), then then driver will leave and full-service charges will apply.
• The above clause related to wait time of 15 minutes is applicable to Departure services only and not to Arrivals.
